Launched in January 2017, the FONASBA BIMCO Agency Appointment Agreement form is a new document designed to formalise the appointment of a ship agent for a single port call or a relatively short series of calls to a limited range of ports. The form is suitable for use in all trades including bulk, (dry and liquid), liner, project and short sea services.
