The Shipping Service Department acts as a representative for the Owners of the vessels calling at the ports of Pori (Mäntyluoto/ Tahkoluoto).
The department takes care of all tasks belonging to a port agent:
- information and services needed by the Owners, officers and crew of the vessels as well as shippers and receivers of cargo
- estimated information needed by operational departments concerning vessels and cargo as well as time tables of the vessels
- writing and distribution of official documents required by pilot, customs, port officers and other sources
